Tour Details
ExperienceLU – How does it work
During each ExperienceLU event, guests will take part in an interactive campus tour. After arrival, parking, and check-in, the day begins with a welcome session where guests meet their tour guide, who will lead them through campus and share what campus life at Liberty is like.
Throughout the tour, guests will have opportunities to engage with Liberty faculty and staff and explore key areas of campus—including housing, dining, athletics, academic buildings, and more.
If you’re visiting on a Friday during the academic year, your ExperienceLU visit may also include attendance at Convocation, one of the largest gatherings of Christian students in the world. To see if Convocation is scheduled during your visit, check liberty.edu/convo.
After lunch, all prospective students and their families will meet with an admissions representative for a personal appointment.
Academic Open Houses: If you’re interested in a specific area of study, you can visit our schools and colleges for their open houses (see event itinerary for details when you arrive). Some colleges/schools will host a tour, while others invite a member of their faculty and staff to meet you and answer questions about their programs of study.
What if a group I want to be in is full? If a group is full on a particular date and you cannot come to another ExperienceLU event, you can sign up on the waitlist in the registration portal. You will be emailed if spots open up.
What if I need special accommodations? Any special accommodations (i.e., dietary, accessibility) should be included in your event registration with the necessary details so that we can best prepare for your ExperienceLU Visit.
Please note that we are unable to provide wheelchairs for campus tours. Guests who require mobility assistance will need to make arrangements prior to arriving on campus.
For ADA accommodations on campus, please contact the Office of Disability Accommodation Support (ODAS) for questions about accessibility or to discuss disability accommodations.
