Biography

Dr. Lee’s major is Educational Psychology specializing in Quantitative Methods, and her minor is Statistics. As a psychometrician, she worked at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing for two years. Her major research interest is predictive modeling using Bayesian model averaging and machine learning approaches, such as decision tree models. Also, her research focuses on psychometric approaches for test development, item security, and computerized adaptive testing.  Moreover, Dr. Lee is interested in psychometric and statistical consulting, as well as applying statistical models to studies not only in the behavioral sciences but also in other fields where statistical analysis is necessary.
