Biography

Dr. Lobo earned his Doctoral degree from L. N. Mithila University, India, and his MS from Manipal University, India. He has more than two decades of teaching experience in medical education including Clinical Anatomy, Embryology, and Neuroscience. He has diverse experience in teaching methodology for medical students including problem-based learning, regular didactic lectures, and flipped classroom curriculum. Dr. Lobo’s innovative research has contributed to more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific publications to date. He has served as a guest editor, editorial board member, and reviewer of Journals which has recognized him at national and international levels. Additionally, he has served on various committees and is also the recipient of many teaching awards in his previous appointments including the Kaiser Permanente award for teaching excellence in Basic Sciences.
