Biography

Dr. Heckler Cheyne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, a National Certified Counselor, and is a Diplomate Clinician in Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy. She is specialized in the treatment of substance abuse and addictions, offenders, child abuse and neglect, foster care and adoption, and crisis and trauma counseling. Her clinical and research interests include adolescents, multiculturalism, socioeconomic status, offenders, the search for meaning and purpose, crisis and trauma, adoption and attachment. Dr. Heckler Cheyne is an active member of numerous professional organizations and she is a national and international presenter.
