Biography
Dr. Moen has a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Liberty University and has a background in clinical mental health counseling and experimental psychology. She is passionate about counseling, research, and teaching. She is especially interested in evidence-based practice and believes that we have a responsibility to remain informed of current research to best serve our clients in the sacred work we do as counselors. She is from Portland, Oregon where she gained a great appreciation for the beautiful outdoor world that God created.
