Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

Our primary focus is on developing relationships with churches, pastors, organizations, and individuals as we share the gospel with the world and equip Christ-followers. Relationships are the greatest asset entrusted to the university, and it’s our goal to intentionally nurture them.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances builds mutually beneficial relationships through networking events, hosting campus tours, and fostering partnership opportunities.

Rev. Glenn Clary
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances
Biography
With over 45 years of ministry experience and a distinguished track record as a national and state political advocate, Rev. Glenn Clary is passionate about preaching the gospel, discipling the next generation, and mobilizing Christians to engage their culture through the truth of Scripture.
After earning a degree in Theology from Baptist Bible College in 1978, Rev. Clary and his wife, Debbie Joy, followed God’s calling to Alaska. There, they began a lifetime of ministry and raised their family—three children: Andy, Rachel, and Beth; and now eight grandchildren.
Rev. Clary faithfully served for decades at Anchorage Baptist Temple before being called to a new chapter in 2021, when he became Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Liberty University. In this role, he works to promote and protect the mission and values of Liberty University, a responsibility he considers both an honor and a joy.
