Being a Resident Shepherd provides you with a unique opportunity to serve as spiritual leaders on a residence hall, help create a healthy and vibrant hall community, mentor students on the halls, train CGLs and lead out in Spiritual events. Resident Shepherds receive distinct training and leadership development opportunities from an LU Shepherd staff member and other members of the Office of Spiritual Development team.
