Lost Card
If you lose or misplace your Flames Pass, to secure your funds and prevent fraudulent use of your card, be sure to deactivate your Flames Pass.
Deactivate Your Flames Pass
- Visit the Flames Pass Portal and select the Card Services tab at the top of the page or Deactivate Card in the bottom menu.
- Contact ID & Campus Services at 434-582-7771 or CampusServices@liberty.edu.
Reactivate Your Flames Pass*
- Visit the Flames Pass Portal and select the Card Services tab at the top of the page or Activate Card in the bottom menu.
- Visit ID & Campus Services in person with your found Flames Pass.
*Please note that only the most recently issued card is able to be reactivated.
