Flames Pass
Your Official Liberty University ID Card
The Flames Pass is your key to many services and activities both on and off-campus!
Steps to get your Flames Pass:
- Complete Financial Check-In for current or future term, or be hired as Faculty/Staff
- Claim your Liberty email address
- Have a government-issued photo ID*
- Upload a photo online (see below) or visit ID & Campus Services
*Acceptable forms of ID are a current driver’s license or permit, state ID, military ID (in person only), or passport. If you do not have one of these documents, you must present in person an original birth certificate, social security card, and a bill/statement sent to your mailing address on file with the University.
Flames Pass Photo Requirements
- Must be in front of a plain, light-colored wall
- Must be cropped from the middle of the chest to a few inches above the head
- No other person or objects in the photo
- Must be directly facing the camera
- Must have eyes opened, looking at the camera
- Must not be wearing a hat or sunglasses
- Must be a clear and current photo
- Must be different than the photo on the government-issued photo ID
- Must not include filters or special effects
