Off-campus gun range opens to students

Students set foot on Liberty University’s off-campus gun range for the first time on Thursday, taking aim at targets using various firearms. LUPD Officer Josh VanGorp supervised the students, providing safety tips and instruction. The participants were part of a group of 36 students who recently took part in LUPD’s two-day safety course. The department requires students to complete the course prior to accessing the range.
