Campus hosts new students for Early Orientation

The newest members of the Liberty University family got a head start on the Fall 2008 semester Friday.

Incoming students and parents participated in one of the largest Early Orientation sessions ever offered at Liberty. The session helps new students avoid long lines in August by allowing them to take care of some requirements early, such as registering for classes, completing Financial Check-in, and selecting housing and meal plans.

After a welcome session where participants heard from LU co-founder Dr. Elmer Towns, students and parents could participate in a day full of activities, including an open house, a catered lunch, free ice skating, scholarship search symposiums and more.

Liberty University is offering two more Early Orientation sessions: July 11 and July 25. For more information and to register, click here.
