As part of Liberty University’s latest initiative, “Ultimate LU,” students headed to a camp just outside of Lynchburg on Saturday for a free day of horseback riding.
Ultimate LU aims to get more students active in recreation for a well-rounded college experience.
Trips this past weekend also included canoeing and a tour of Washington, D.C. Liberty students have already had the opportunity to go whitewater rafting and tubing.
More outdoor trips are in the works, in addition to the many on-campus events intended to energize students and draw them together for a fun time of fellowship. The trips are offered by LU’s Student Activities Office.
