Student Alumni Association shares its vision

The newly formed Student Alumni Association held a “SAA Uncovered” session Tuesday night to share the vision of the group, sign up new members and award a $500 scholarship.

The association exists to connect current students with alumni for job opportunities, internships and mentoring, working closely with LU’s Career Center. Members also participate in on-campus activities and community outreach, partnering with the Campus Serve ministry.

Brittany Lauber of Stafford, Va., an Elementary Education major in the Class of 2010, won the $500 scholarship.
