High school senior wins full-year scholarship from Priority Program
Completing the admissions process at Liberty University has resulted in a one-year, full-tuition scholarship for one fortunate high school senior in the 2010-11 academic year.
Ryan Hartman, an 18-year-old from Delaware, Ohio, was announced the winner this week in the first of four rounds of Liberty’s Priority Program. Hosted by the admissions office, the program is a way for students who exercise due diligence in the enrollment process to secure a place in the fall 2010 incoming class. Students who meet certain criteria and deadlines are eligible for the scholarship drawings.
Hartman was entered into a drawing with other incoming students who completed the admissions process within the first deadline of Feb. 1. The process included the necessary steps in the enrollment cycle – the Four A’s of Admissions: Apply, Accept, A.S.I.S.T., Attend.
The remaining deadlines are March 1, April 1 and May 1.
