Serving as the Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, Ashley Toler, DO, FAAP assists in providing pediatric patient care at Liberty Mountain Medical Group three days a week while also supervising OMS-IIIs at the clinic. She also participates in OMM labs for OMS-I and OMS-IIs. She delivers pediatric and OMM lectures.
Dr. Toler came to Liberty because of her passion to see medical students function at a higher level mentally, physically, but mostly spiritually. She enjoys being a part of the learning process and the excitement that is within every medical student.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 2005. She then went to the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va. and graduated in 2009. She completed part of her pediatric residency at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va. from July 2009 until October 2010. She finished her pediatric training at the University of Illinois at Chicago in October 2012. After her pediatric training, she became a faculty member at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine from November 2012 through September 2015 before transitioning to LUCOM.
