The faculty and staff at Liberty’s College of Osteopathic Medicine care about your mental and physical health. During your time as a student-doctor at LUCOM, you have access to a variety of mental health services, both on and off-campus.

The individual student-doctor and his/her personal health insurance are responsible for all fees that are incurred through the utilization of such services unless evaluation or opinion services are directed by the Dean of LUCOM or designee.
Centra Medical Group Piedmont Psychiatric Center (PPC) is a psychiatric outpatient practice located in Lynchburg offering a full spectrum of mental health providers and services.

Liberty University offers licensed counselors in the Office of Student Counseling. Students may call for an appointment for an intake or may also walk in during regular hours for an emergency appointment and be seen immediately.
