In accordance with the Family Rights & Privacy Act of 1974, a student’s academic record can only be released upon written authorization by the student. By law, the request must include the student’s signature and date.
All transcript orders are processed within 5 business days. Please be aware that our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial Transcripts allow students to see earned grades and credit hours, as posted by the Office of the Registrar at LUCOM. Students may view a copy of their unofficial transcript online through their myLU account. To access an unofficial transcript, log in to your myLU account. Click the SSB Student link. Select the Academic Transcript option from the left navigation menu. Select “Medicine” from the Transcript Level dropdown, then “Med Unofficial Web Transcript” from the Transcript Type dropdown.
