Train with a professional who is dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. Our knowledgeable personal trainers will work with you to develop an appropriate exercise program and will closely supervise your progress. By assessing your fitness goals first, our trainers can create a personalized workout plan, teach you how to properly perform exercises, and keep you motivated. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your cardiovascular fitness, excel at your chosen sport, or learn more about proper techniques, our personal trainers are always ready to help.

Tier-1 Training

Tier-1 Personal Trainers have been through rigorous classes in Exercise Program Design/Prescription, Exercise Safety, Exercise/Nutrition Adherence, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Physiology.

Tier-2 Training

Tier-2 Personal Trainers have been through Tier-1 training and are nationally certified. They are more experienced in designing exercise programs that are efficient and effective.

Virtual Fitness Coaching

We are now offering a virtual fitness coaching option for Liberty students, faculty, and staff. In Virtual Fitness Coaching, a personal trainer writes a unique fitness program tailored to their client and their goals. The client has 10 sessions with their trainer, lasting up to an hour each. These sessions include time for feedback, explanation of exercises, discussion of nutritional or mental components/roadblocks, and will take place over phone or Microsoft Teams.
