Campus Recreation proudly offers 40 standard Group Exercise classes a week focusing on strength, cardio, and mind/body. Our instructors are dedicated to providing you with a safe, effective, and fun workout for a variety of class formats to meet your needs! All standard Group Exercise classes are free with a valid Flames Pass and LaHaye Rec & Fit membership. Classes are held at either LaHaye Recreation & Fitness Center in our group exercise classrooms or David’s Place unless otherwise noted.

Purchase a Group Ex Plus Membership for unlimited access to over 70 Group Exercise classes for an entire semester, including Group Ex Plus classes.
