Why I became a Personal Trainer: Starting a fitness journey can be difficult and intimidating, and I became a Personal Trainer because it is truly my passion to help others overcome their fears and learn to love taking care of their bodies in the gym. As someone who understands how it feels to walk into a gym and feel completely overwhelmed, I want to make a difference in the lives of those who have the same feeling. I strive to help my clients not only learn proper form but learn the skills needed to go out and do their own workouts anxiety-free.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I wanted to become a personal trainer because all my life I have had this innate desire to help people. As a personal trainer, it is quite literally my job to help people whether it’s taking ahold of their health, learning their way around the gym, or getting their life back. As someone who is passionate about helping everyone live their healthiest life, this job is the perfect match for me.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I became a personal trainer because of my love and passion for sports. My passion for lifting weights stems from playing football in high school where I found strength training. I love guiding others to achieve and exceed their goals.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I decided to become a personal trainer because of my passion for wanting to help others make a lifelong physical change, and to help others understand the importance of health and fitness and the lifelong impact it can have on the lives of people. This job also presents the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with others by helping my clients achieve their physical goals while helping them become the very best possible versions of themselves.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: One of the best decisions I ever made for myself was taking initiative in my own life for my health and well-being. The personal struggles I overcame in my fitness journey were the driver of my love and passion for pushing my boundaries, knowledge, and abilities and continuing to become the best version of myself that God created! I believe we were created to be used by the Lord to help others, and I love the call He has placed on my heart to help others believe in themselves to become their best version too. We are stronger than we think, and sometimes it takes a little push from someone to help us realize that!
