Why I became a Personal Trainer: I have been interested in improving my wellbeing since I was 16. At the beginning of my fitness journey I had absolutely no clue where to start and I was intimidated because I did not know what I was doing and was afraid of hurting myself or looking ignorant in front of everyone else at the gym. I pursued Exercise Science and make it my goal to help others get out of the fitness limbo and stop spending years trying to figure out what does or does not work. My passion is to help others by educating them and instilling confidence in them that they have a place in the gym and wherever they go!

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I became a personal trainer because I want to help people make a sustainable, positive change in their lives. I love seeing growth within my clients as they press on toward their goals.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I love to be active and to improve myself both mentally and physically. I want to help others find the love for fitness that I have so that they can reach their goals and continue to better themselves once they are done working with me.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I became a personal trainer because of a love and passion for sports. My passion for lifting weights stemmed from playing football in high school where I found strength training. I love guiding others to achieve and exceed their goals. Relationships that can be built through training are also why I decided to become a Personal Trainer.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I became a personal trainer because I am passionate about helping people become healthier and enjoy exercise. My interest originly came from a love for sport performance while I was competing as a collegiate level figure skater. I love encouraging and guiding others to exceed their goals and reach their full potential!

Why I became a Personal Trainer: I became a personal trainer because for the longest time I chose not to care for my body, and I was not happy with who I saw in the mirror. When I decided to turn myself around and really care for myself, I struggled a lot and had very few who could motivate me to improve myself. What I hope to do for at least one person as a personal trainer is improve their everyday life by aiding in boosting confidence and improving self-esteem on trainees so they can become the best version of themselves.

Why I became a Personal Trainer:I wanted to become a personal trainer because all my life I have had this innate desire to help people. As a personal trainer, it is quite literally my job to help people whether it’s taking ahold of their health, learning their way around the gym, or getting their life back. As someone who is passionate about helping everyone live their healthiest life, this job is the perfect match for me.

Why I became a Personal Trainer: Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I love to keep myself moving whenever I can. I also love to help people reach and accomplish their goals. I love helping other people get confident working out in the gym.
