Students who withdraw from LUOA course(s) will be financially responsible for each month attended once they enter the first day of courses for that month.

Depending on the month a student withdraws from a one credit hour course(s), we will divide the tuition into 10% increments. Example: If the withdrawal is during the 5th month, the financial responsibility will be 50% of the course cost.

Depending on the month a student withdraws from a half credit hour course(s), we will divide tuition into 20% increments. Example: If the withdrawal is during the 2nd month, the financial responsibility will be 40% of the course cost.

Any student that withdraws during the final month will not be eligible for a credit.

When students withdraw after receiving an Early Registration Discount, we will reduce the discount based on the amount of courses completed (if the withdrawal is below 5.0 credit hours).
