LUCOM Partners Program
The Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine has developed a number of pathways, including the LUMED 3+1 accelerated pathway, to facilitate the admission of qualified and mission-aligned applicants. The Partners Program was developed after a retrospective review of academic performance at LUCOM revealed that graduates from our partner schools have a record of strong academic performance.
Participating programs include:
Bryan College
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed all prerequisite science courses as a full-time student at Bryan College
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Bryan College
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
Cedarville University
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed their junior year and been recommended by the pre-med advisor
- Completed at least 25 credits of the prerequisites as a full-time student at Cedarville University
- Completed the MCAT, earning at least a 125 in each sub-section
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Earned at least a 3.0 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Be guaranteed admission to LUCOM with a successful onsite interview
- Be eligible for a scholarship if they have earned at least a 504 MCAT score and a 3.4 Science GPA
Cornerstone University
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed all prerequisite science courses as a full-time student at Cornerstone University
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Cornerstone University
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
Grove City College
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed their junior year and been recommended by the pre-med advisor
- Completed at least 25 credits of the prerequisites as a full-time student at Grove City College
- Completed the MCAT, earning at least a 125 in each sub-section
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Earned at least a 3.0 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Be guaranteed admission to LUCOM with a successful onsite interview
- Be eligible for a scholarship if they have earned at least a 504 MCAT score and a 3.4 Science GPA
Indiana Wesleyan University
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed all prerequisite science courses as a full-time student at Indiana Wesleyan University
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Indiana Wesleyan University
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
Lee University
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed all prerequisite science courses as a full-time student at Lee University
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Lee University
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
Liberty University
- Applicants from Liberty University have three pathways into LUCOM in addition to the new Partners Program

- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Liberty University
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Traditional four plus four
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed some or all prerequisite courses at Liberty University
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Earned at least a 3.0 Science GPA
- Scored at least a 499 on the MCAT
- Qualified applicants can:
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
- Be eligible for a scholarship with at least a 504 MCAT score and a 3.4 Science GPA
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Enrolled full time in the LU residential MS Biomedical program
- Met all LUCOM admissions requirements
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Earned at least a 3.0 Science GPA
- Maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.2 in the Master’s program
- Scored at least a 499 on the MCAT
- Qualified applicants can:
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
Southeastern University
- Eligible applicants include any who have:
- Completed all prerequisite science courses as a full-time student at Southeastern University
- Applied to LUCOM through the AACOMAS platform
- Been recommended by the pre-med advisor at Southeastern University
- Earned at least a 3.5 science GPA
- Qualified applicants can:
- Waive the MCAT requirement
- Interview and be considered for admission to LUCOM
