The Mission
The mission of the Community Care Collaborative (CCC) is to provide holistic medical services to those in need with a firm commitment to compassion and professionalism in all services provided to patients, family, and the community. Working together will provide access to vital health services open to all community members regardless of insurance status.
The Goal
The CCC has a goal to reach as many people as possible who are in need of health care and connect them to those in the community who can provide that care in an ongoing fashion.
Serving as a Community
We are a community of professionals working together to become partners with a similar mission. As our partnerships develop and our mission becomes a reality, it is the residents of our communities who benefit. Many residents of Central Virginia (VA) face health challenges that require comprehensive and preventive services, like food, housing, medical care, etc. The CCC aims to connect these residents with available resources within their own community to help improve their health and wellness.
The following complimentary community services will be offered at the spring Lynchburg on Saturday, April 18:

The Osteopathic Approach
Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUCOM) continues to work with partner organizations to build a community collaborative team focused on the holistic improvement of the conditions and care for participants. To those patients with musculoskeletal pain, LUCOM student-doctor volunteers provide Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), a non-invasive, hands-on approach that is used to diagnose and treat illness and injury.
