We provide results – from the deconditioned to the elite athlete. LaHaye’s trainers work hard to personalize each experience and make sure we’re tailoring workouts specifically for you. Each Liberty student, faculty, and staff member is invited to schedule one free fitness orientation as well as a free fitness assessment annually with one of our qualified Personal Trainers.

Tier 1 Training

Tier 1 Personal Trainers have been through rigorous classes in Exercise Program Design/Prescription, Exercise Safety, Exercise/Nutrition Adherence, Musculoskeletal Anatomy and Physiology.

Tier-2 Personal Trainers have been through Tier-1 training and are much more experienced in Exercise Program Design/Prescription, Exercise Periodization, Flexibility Training, and a deeper understanding of Musculoskeletal System to help make your workouts that much more efficient and effective.
