Standard Group Exercise Classes

Recreation Centers offers 40 standard Group Exercise classes a week focusing on strength, cardio, and mind/body. Our instructors are dedicated to providing you with a safe, effective, and fun workout for a variety of class formats to meet your needs! All standard Group Exercise classes are free with a valid Flames Pass and LaHaye Rec and Fitness membership. All classes are held at LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center in our group exercise classrooms unless otherwise noted.

Group Ex Plus Exercise Classes (Semester Membership- $40)

Purchase a Group Ex Plus Membership for unlimited access to over 70 Group Exercise classes for an entire semester, including Group Ex Plus classes. These popular classes are led by our instructors who have a higher level of experience and credentials as a group fitness instructor in their class format. In addition, gain FREE access to all Fitness Workshops taking place during the semester!

Private, Small Group, and Single Group Exercise Sessions

We are excited to introduce private, small group, and large event group exercise classes. All of the instructors are highly qualified and certified in the modality they are teaching. Check out the list below and see if this type of group exercise class is right for you.

  • Personalized training and classes from a group exercise instructor
  • Group exercise class catered to you and/or a small group of friends
  • Large private group exercise events for teams, halls, departments, etc.
