Recreation Centers offers over 90 Group Exercise classes a week focusing on strength, cardio, and mind/body.(more information) Our classes are led by a talented group of instructors who want to be a positive influence and empower many to embrace a healthy lifestyle. All standard group exercise classes listed on the schedule below are FREE with a valid Flames Pass and LaHaye Rec and Fitness membership. All classes are held at LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center in our group exercise classrooms unless otherwise noted.
Private, Small Group, and Single Group Exercise Sessions
We are excited to introduce private, small group, and large event group exercise classes. All of the instructors are highly qualified and certified in the modality they are teaching. Check out the list below and see if this type of group exercise class is right for you.
- Personalized training and classes from a group exercise instructor
- Group exercise class catered to you and/or a small group of friends
- Large private group exercise events for teams, halls, departments, etc.
