We provide quality, holistic, patient-centered healthcare in Sports Medicine, Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Manipulative Medicine (ONMM), Endocrinology, Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.

Collaborative Health Partners (CHP) is a medical education partner providing over 160 clinical rotations annually for Liberty University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUCOM) students and the Lynchburg Family Residency Program.
