Group Exercise Class Schedule

VIRTUAL SIGN-UP INFORMATION – Follow the process to sign up for the class as you normally would, except instead of adding yourself to the Waitlist, fill out the Google Docs form that is in the class description. 1 hour before the class starts, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation — all you have to do is log on and join the call when it starts! Having your video and audio on is completely optional as you participate in the class.

INCLEMENT WEATHER UPDATE – Outdoor Classes will be held if the rain is light or misting. Check our social media for more specific updates.

Amanda’s Classes — Aug 1–11
Abbey’s Classes — July 15–Aug 8
