Diane Garber

Prior to joining the College of Osteopathic Medicine,
Mrs. Garber served as the Head of Technical Services
Librarian in Liberty University’s Ehrhorn Law Library
(located at the School of Law), and as Distance Learning
Program Librarian and Library Acquisitions Director for
the A. Pierre Guillermin Library; now known as the Jerry Falwell
Library
.

She has been a member of the Virginia Association of Law Libraries, American Association of Law Libraries, and the Association of Christian Librarians.

Mrs. Garber and her husband, Robert, a fence contractor and business owner, are active in the local ministry of the Gideons International, serving as officers and area directors.  Additionally, she is the Teaching Leader of the Lynchburg Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) class, an interdenominational study for women and school-age students.  They are both active members of West Lynchburg Baptist Church and are passionate about teaching the Bible, as well as, training women in Christian leadership.

Mrs. Garber earned her B.S. in Political Science at Liberty University and a Masters of Library Science at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.
