Beginning Strength Training Workshop

Backbend Flow Workshop

1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
LaHaye Group Exercise Room

Join us for an exciting workshop the focuses on the mechanics of backbending. The instructor will give you the tools you need to achieve proper, safe backbends. This class is for all level participants and is a free event for members.

Push Pull Competition


Saturday, Nov. 15
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
LaHaye Student Union courts

The Push Pull Competition includes both bench press and dead lift. Each lifter will have to participate in both lifts in order to be eligible to win. Winners will be determined based on their ratio of weight lifted to body weight.

Sign ups at the LaHaye front desk. Must sign up by Oct. 15.

  • $10 entry fee
  • includes Dead Lift and Bench Press
  • Prizes for top 4 males
  • Prizes for top 3 females
