Accordent is Liberty University School of Law’s lecture capture system. Accordent is designed to allow you to quickly and easily record lectures and presentations that can be viewed later.
How to Record
Recording a lecture via Accordent is quick and easy.
- Navigate to your room.
- Select username “Liberty” and press Login (password is blank).
- Fill out the requested information, and click “Start Presentation”
- When finished, you copy the link to your clipboard and click “Stop Presentation.”
Tips and Tricks
- Don’t forget to wear the lapel microphone so that audio will be recorded.
- Anything that you display from your computer on the projector will automatically be captured.
- Recordings cannot be paused and restarted. Click “Stop Recording” when you are completely finished with your lecture.

Retrieve a Recording
If you forget to copy your recording link, IT can retrieve your recording for you. Please submit an IT Request, and make sure you include the following information:
- Room number
- Time & date
