Etrieve by SoftDocs is the document management system at Liberty University that eliminates the need for paper-based records and business processes, and is the virtual filing cabinet where adding documents, querying/searching, making annotations, and deleting documents takes place.

Concourse is the syllabus management system we use for centralizing course syllabi here at Liberty University. Microsoft Word templates are nice, but they can produce inconsistent, incorrect, and outdated syllabi when they are embedded into a course. By housing syllabi in one place, faculty and staff can update and share them with ease. Students will be able to view and download a copy of their course syllabus from the same location. Dropbox is a modern workspace designed to reduce busywork-so you can focus on the things that matter. At its core, Dropbox is a file management and file sharing interface that allows users to store, share and manage team files both offline and online in the cloud.
