Housing: Residential Annex
Flexible and Affordable Housing (Halls A-D)
Just a five-minute drive away from main campus, the Residential Annex offers great value at a fraction of the cost of on-campus housing. Transit will be provided to the Residential Annex; however, all students who wish to live at the Residential Annex are encouraged to have their own vehicle.
A unique feature of the Residential Annex is the option to customize your dining plan. Students may select the Freedom, Freedom PLUS+, any of the commuter dining plans, or no dining plan at all — whatever fits your needs best! Other perks of living at the Residential Annex include an on-site pool, sand volleyball court, and outdoor community space. Laundry facilities are located on-site, and mail pickup is available at the student mail center.
Students who are looking for housing that is both flexible and budget-friendly will find the perfect solution at the Residential Annex.
