Student Service Center

The Student Service Center houses the offices of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar. Our mission is to answer your questions and direct you to the appropriate staff members within these offices.  

We will ensure that we understand your situation, research your situation, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

The Student Service Center lobby is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. 
Our lobby is closed for Convocation on Monday and Friday from 10:00am - 11:00am and on Wednesday from 9:30am - 11:30am.  Our Call Center is open 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday and closed for Convocation on Wednesday from 9:30am - 11:30am.

Important Information

FAFSA INFORMATION

A FAFSA must be filled out once a year in order to receive Financial Aid for the following year.  The preferred deadline is March 1st.

Your Financial Aid can not be used to complete Financial Check-In until your FAFSA has been received and your verification paperwork has been completed (if you are selected for Verification).

Fall 2012 Financial Check In Deadline

Returning Students must complete Financial Check In by 11:59pm on June 1st. Students who have not completed Financial Check In at this time, will be charged a $125 late fee in Financial Check In. Students will also be subject to have their classes and housing dropped.

Need a Notary?

The Student Service Center provides free notary services to students, faculty, and staff. You may come into the Student Service Center to see if one of the notaries is avaliable or e-mail studentservicecenter@liberty.edu to make an appointment.
