The Student Service Center houses the offices of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar. Our mission is to answer your questions and direct you to the appropriate staff members within these offices.
We will ensure that we understand your situation, research your situation and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
The Student Service Center is open from 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday. Our lobby is closed for Convocation Monday and Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 and on Wednesday from 9:30 - 11:30. Our Call Center is open 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday and closed for Convocation on Wednesday from 9:30 - 11:30.

Please note
Students register with the credit hours they have currently earned, not the credit hours they will earn at the end of the Fall Semester. To view more information on credit hours and your classification, please visit page 6 in the Academic Policy Handbook.
*In order to complete Financial Check-in you must be registered for full time credit hours to receive the correct charges and Financial Aid.
The last day to withdraw from a traditional resident course for the Fall 2009 semester is Monday, November 9th.
To withdraw from a Liberty University resident course, simply click on the link below and it will take you to the Registrar's Office online forms page. Click on the "Course Withdrawal Form (for Resident Students only)" link and fill out the online form. After it is submitted, the form will then be sent to our office and you will receive notification of either its approval or denial. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
FAFSA INFORMATION
A FAFSA must be filled out once a year in order to receive Financial Aid for the following year. The preferred deadline is March 1st.
Your Financial Aid can not be used to complete Financial Check-In until your FAFSA has been received and your verification paperwork has been completed (if you are selected for Verification).
