To help ensure that your move-in or move-out of Liberty's residence halls runs like a well-oiled machine, follow the procedures below.
All students must make arrangements to be out of the residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam. If you would like to request to stay past that time due to travel arrangements or other circumstances, please contact your Resident Director.
The residence halls officially close for the Fall 2018 semester on Dec. 12, 2018, at 12 p.m.
Beyond Checkout Requests are closed for the Fall 2018 semester as of November 30, 2018.
New students may arrive to check-in to their rooms as early as 9 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2019.
You should go directly to your hall to check-in with your RA upon arrival, where you will receive your key and access to your room. The dining hall will open for new students on Jan. 10, 2019 at 12 p.m.
Students returning to campus after Christmas Break may begin arriving as early as 9 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2019.

If you would like to move into your residence hall prior to your scheduled move-in date, you must submit an Early Arrival Request, which is accessible through the Housing portion of your ASIST account. Requests can be made for housing accommodations beginning as early as Jan. 6, 2019.
The fee for arriving early is $15 per day, which covers only the cost of your room. Dining arrangements are not included for Early Arrival.
Upon arrival to campus, you will need to check in with the Office of Residence Life (located in Commons II) during regular business hours to gain badge access or pick up your key to your dorm.
