Save time and money when you earn your J.D. and Master of Arts in Public Policy (M.A.P.P.) dual degree. If you are interested in shaping public policy or public administration, a dual degree in law and public policy may be a good fit for you. In Liberty’s public policy program, you can choose from the following cognates:
- Campaigns and Elections
- International Affairs
- Leadership
- Middle East Affairs
- Policy Studies
- Public Administration
Certain law courses will meet the academic requirements necessary for earning your Master of Arts in Public Policy.
Permission to participate in the dual degree program must first be obtained from the law school Associate Registrar and the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. Applicants must meet all admission requirements for the Helms School of Government Master of Public Policy program. Tuition for Law and Master of Arts in Public Policy Dual Degree
Your law school tuition for the fall and spring semesters will cover the cost of courses in the M.A.P.P. program. Classes taken during the winter and summer terms are not covered by law school tuition.
