Frequently Asked Questions
What if I already have a Logos account or subscription?
If you have a personal Logos annual subscription and would like to switch to Liberty’s enterprise plan, you may qualify for a prorated credit for any unused time on your current subscription. This credit can be applied toward future purchases or subscriptions with Logos.
To request a credit, please contact Logos Support.
Note: Monthly subscribers are not eligible for credits, but can cancel their personal plan and begin using the Liberty subscription immediately.
How does this impact any Logos books I have bought in the past or that have been included in my LU courses?
Your previously purchased books, including those included in your LU courses, remain yours. The subscription simply adds new tools and resources. You do not need to subscribe to Logos to retain access to your existing content.
How does this differ from the Logos resources already included in my LU courses?
With a subscription, you will receive access to hundreds of additional books, advanced tools for sermon prep, research, and language study.
How do I get the most benefit from this subscription?
To get the most benefit, install the desktop app for full functionality and use AI-powered tools like Smart Search, AI-assisted Factbook entries, and the Summarization Sidebar!
Should I install Logos on my computer or just use the web app?
While the web app is convenient, the desktop version offers the full feature set, including advanced search, custom layouts, and better performance. You can install Logos on multiple devices for personal use, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones.
