How to Travel at LU
Find out all you need to know about booking flights, hotels, and vehicles for group or individual trips involving Liberty faculty, staff, students, and more. Southwest Airlines
LU recently entered an agreement with Southwest providing discounts and priority boarding for Rapid Rewards members when booking via Concur or Anthony Travel.
We also have these 2 great opportunities to take advantage of!
1) If you fly between 2/1/2026 and 3/31/2026 and use your Rapid Rewards number (booking that flight on Concur or with an Anthony Travel Agent), you will earn 25% bonus rewards. These are good for flights from/into Richmond International, Dulles International, Raleigh-Durham, and Charlotte. After your flight, the bonus will automatically be added to your account – please be sure your Liberty email is associated with your Rapid Rewards for easier processing (you can have multiple emails with Rapid Rewards).
2) Between now and 4/15/2026 fly for business and earn up to 7,500 bonus Rapid Rewards points and possibly a promotional Companion Pass to use between 5/1/26 and 7/31/2026. Additional details are provided in the attached Southwest PDF.
