Submit TicketIT Marketplace – Desk Phones
IP phones can be purchased by a department from IT Inventory via buyLU. Once received, a ticket to assign the phone will need to be submitted, and Network Operations sill set up the phone remotely.
Please read these policies carefully and click “I agree” at the bottom of this page to access buyLU.
Making a Purchase
IP Phones should be purchased in buyLU from the supplier, “LU IT Warehouse.” Search for IP Phone in buyLU and click the supplier “LU IT Warehouse” in the left-hand filter menu. The current University standards for IP Phones will be listed, add these to your cart as necessary. If the IP Phone you need isn’t listed, please submit an IT hardware Quote Request.
Shipping Information
The estimated duration that your item(s) will take from time of purchase to delivery to the customer will be about 1 – 2 days via Inter-Campus Mail. Some orders may take longer depending on available stock within the LU IT Warehouse.
