Many of the deadlines below can also be found on your Student Checklist. Please continue to review your Student Checklist and ASIST account for deadlines and requested documentation from Student Financial Services while in attendance at Liberty University.
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid): available October 1 each year and uses tax information filed two years prior, so there is no longer a need to wait to file current taxes to complete the FAFSA.
Liberty University FAFSA Priority Deadlines:
- Fall Semester: January 15
- Spring Semester: October 1
The final submission deadline per the U.S. Department of Education (ED) for the currently open application(s) is below:
- 2023-2024 FAFSA: June 30, 2024
- 2024-2025 FAFSA: June 30, 2025
