Hailey Manicone, Ed.D.
Biography
Dr. Hailey Manicone serves as Associate Dean of the College of Applied Studies & Academic Success (CASAS) at Liberty University. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, she is passionate about creating data-informed strategies that support student persistence, academic achievement, career readiness, and post-graduation success. Dr. Manicone has led a variety of university initiatives focused on student success, retention, artificial intelligence in education, and organizational effectiveness. She is committed to helping students discover purpose, overcome obstacles, and develop the confidence and skills needed to serve Christ effectively in their careers, communities, and callings.
