Serving Others using Aviation Resources (SOAR)

Club Mission Statement

SOAR’s mission is to education students about what it means to serve Christ while using the skills we are learning here at Liberty; while also providing opportunities to connect with various mission aviation programs.

What to Expect as a Member

Members can expect to meet once a week for free food, fellowship, and fun times. Also expect to go into the community to serve others once a month and a group trip to various mission aviation hangers 1-2 times a semester.

Club Accomplishments

SOAR has taken several trips to JAARS, NC. We also give students opportunities to ride in helicopters, see flight demos, and talk with recruiters. SOAR is constantly connecting students with missionary mobilizers, providing internship opportunities and other connections.
