Tablecloth Policy
Tablecloths are a visible extension of the Liberty University brand at events, fairs, and functions. Consistent use of Liberty’s approved designs ensures a unified and professional presentation of the university.
Usage Guidelines
- All Liberty University tablecloths must be Liberty Navy (PMS 282 / HEX #0A254E).
- Each tablecloth must display either the official Liberty University Wordmark or the official departmental wordmark of the sponsoring office.
- No alternate colors, logos, taglines, or unapproved graphics may be used.
- Tablecloths should remain in good condition—free of stains, tears, or fading—and should only be used for official university events.
- Departments ordering tablecloths must use approved vendors to ensure consistency in color, material, and logo application.
