During our annual IT Helpdesk Blitz event, computer support will be offered virtually through Chat and Phone Support. If we cannot resolve your request remotely, we will refer you to one of our Walk-In Support offices on campus.


LCM for laptops and tablets will be available by appointment only. Faculty and Staff with an LCM-eligible laptop or tablet will need to request an appointment ahead of time. Please use the links below to schedule an appointment. Faculty & Staff with other IT computer support needs can contact Remote Support or visit an On-Campus Support location.
