Student Veterans Association (SVA)

In the summer of 2014, a small group of veterans came together to discuss the need for community and mentorship among student veterans attending Liberty University. The result was the formation of the Student Veterans Association, an official student group approved by the Student Government Association that is also affiliated with Student Veterans of America.

Keeping with the traditions and culture of Liberty University’s passion for Christian service, the Liberty University Student Veterans Association (SVA) embraces the motto Servus Semper or Serve Always. It is our mission to serve veterans within the community while fostering a culture of camaraderie, mentorship and educational success among veterans on campus.
