Branding Guidelines for Student Groups

Internal organizations, such as university departments, faculty, staff, students, and student groups/organizations, must also order products from businesses with a current license. Brand control is a major purpose that is only possible via established procedures.

Contact Procurement & Contract Administration (procurement@liberty.edu) if you have questions about purchases for internal use. Procurement has an established system for ordering on behalf of internal units.

Giveaways, Fundraisers, Staff Shirts, Plaques, etc.

In order for the university to maintain its image and ensure brand standards are met, a licensed vendor must be used for these types of purchases. And the product must be approved in the BM360 portal.
