Submission Process
- Students must use this proposal template to develop a Research Week proposal that consists of a research abstract and a Christian worldview statement. Submissions have a size limit of 10MB, and the only file types accepted are Word or PDF.
- Students submit their proposal(s) through the Research Week Portal between Dec. 1, 2026, and March 12, 2027. When submitting proposals, students will select the appropriate research category for their research. (If submitting more than one proposal, students must submit each proposal separately.)
- Once proposals have been reviewed by their designated faculty sponsor, students are notified via email of acceptance, denial, or requested revisions.
- Once a proposal is accepted, students must develop and submit their final products (poster, oral presentation slides) by April 2, 2027. The final product must adhere to copyright guidelines and follow best practices for using images in presentations.
