| Dec. 1 | Research Week Portal Opens for Submissions
Students can begin submitting proposals for participation in Research Week. |
| March 12 | Research Week Portal Closes to Submissions
No new Research Week proposals will be accepted after this date. |
| April 2 | Final Products Due
Students must submit their final poster or oral/3MT presentation slides by this date to participate in Research Week. |
| April 19-22 | Research Week 2027
Students who were accepted to present at Research Week will present their research at their assigned times and locations. |
| May 3 | Research Week Awards Ceremony
Winners in each category will be announced with a reception to follow. |
