Submission Requirements
Students must use this proposal template to develop a Research Week proposal that consists of a research abstract and a Christian worldview statement. Submissions have a size limit of 10MB, and the only file types that are accepted are Word or PDF.
The portal for proposal submission opens on Nov. 4, 2024, and closes on March 7, 2025.
Submission Process
There are several steps in the Research Week submission process:
- Students submit their proposal(s) through the Research Week Submission Portal between Nov. 4, 2024, and March 7, 2025. When submitting proposals, students will select the appropriate research category/subtype for their research. (If submitting more than one proposal, students must submit each proposal separately.)
- Students are notified of acceptance, denial, or requested revisions.
- Once a proposal is accepted, students must develop and submit their final products (poster, oral presentation, script/score, etc.) by March 7 . The final product must adhere to copyright guidelines and follow best practices for using images in presentations.
