Assistant Professor of Government

Professor Ben Rathsam 

Dr. Rathsam is the chair of the pre-law program and primary coach for Moot Court & Mock Trial Teams. Dr. Rathsam graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from the Helms School of Government in 2013. As a Helms School student, Dr. Rathsam competed as a member of the Undergraduate Moot Court Team and competed in a Regional Tournament. Dr. Rathsam was also a founding board member of Liberty University’s chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma the Criminal Justice Honor Society.
