Jerry Wangberg

Biography
Jerry Wangberg serves as an Adjunct Professor and the Senior Executive Director of Training Operations. He is responsible for all Flight and Maintenance training programs leading a team of 125 Instructors and Staff to ensure FAA Part 141 and FAA Part 147 student technical training success. He previously served as the Executive Director of Training Innovations and Operations Technology, Executive Director of Flight Operations, and as the Director of Flight Training. He began his career as an Air Force Officer and served more than 24 years in various training, operational, staff, and command roles in both the Active Duty and Alaska Air National Guard. His experience includes flying assignments in the F-15E and B-1B aircraft, Instructor and Evaluator expertise, 4 aviation world records, co-ownership and operations management of an Alaska-based Part 135 Air Carrier, farming, and ministries serving Alaska Native Youth and Young Adults. He enjoys serving Jesus, mentoring future Christian aviation leaders, and building successful teams.
